My name is Juan Sánchez and I live in Honduras. I attended a university in the United States for a period of 5 years and I am back in my country trying to give hope to all those who are less fortunate. Our country has one of the highest poverty rates worldwide.  Sadly, this has greatly worsened in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic as many people (including those who live and eat from garbage) live off their daily income.  The rates of families without food are alarming and challenging. We are in a true emergency in which there is a risk not only of dying from the coronavirus, but also of hunger.
